Important Dates/ Info
Camp dates - Sunday July 11 to Saturday July 17, 2010
Troop Registration Deadline - Monday, May 24, 2010Camp Fee on or before May 24th - $170.00
Camp Fee after May 24th - $185.00
PLEASE NOTE - fees (checks only) can be dropped off on or before May 24th to Snelting's
First Day of Camp - Scouts need to be at Ft Steuben Scout Reservation by 1:00pmLast Day of Camp - Drivers need to be at Ft Steuben Scout Reservation by 9:00am
Registration Requirements
Scouts - Submit the following to Scoutmaster:
1. Check $170.00 ($185 after May 24) payable to BSA-ORVC
(NO CASH, PLEASE)
NOTE: YOU MAY POST DATE YOUR CHECK TO JUNE 1, 2010
3. Medical Form - Parts A, B, C (completed and signed)
Scouts need to submit a current Medical Form with a physical.
4. Allowable Medicines Consent Form (circle meds which are ok and sign)
5. Medical Alert Form - if needed
6. Camper Release Form - if scout needs to leave camp (before the end of camp week)
(submit 2 copies-one will be returned)
Adults - Submit the following to Scoutmaster:
1. Medical Form - Parts A, B, C (completed and signed)
2. Medical Alert Form - if needed
3. Adult Schedule Form (completed showing days/nights attending)
Note - you can register for summer camp up to the day of camp, BUT the troop sets an early date so that proper preparation for camp can occur. Please register by the Troop Deadline.

Medical Form Part B must be complete by a licensed health care provider each year
Parts A and C must be current and on file with Troop 401
